(55 gal) <br /> Flammable Liquids- 100 lbs. (15 gal) <br /> Hazardous Waste Flammable Liquids- 100 lbs. (15 gal) <br /> Hazardous Waster Filter Cake- 10 lbs. (.76 gal) <br /> If any of these chemicals are spilled in excess of their reportable quantities, the agencies requiring notification of <br /> reportable quantity spills must be notified. <br /> The reports must contain: <br /> 1. Name and Phone Number of the reporting person. <br /> 2. Name and address of the facility. , <br /> 3. The time of the incident. t. <br /> 4. Type of accidenVincident. <br /> 5.
