ATTACHMENT # 1 EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN The following is a list of Hazardous Materials at STS that have Reportable Quantities (These reportable quantities are based on 100%concentration): 50% Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) - 1000 lbs. (55 gal) Flammable Liquids- 100 lbs. (15 gal) Hazardous Waste Flammable Liquids- 100 lbs. (15 gal) Hazardous Waster Filter Cake- 10 lbs. (.76 gal) If any of these chemicals are spilled in excess of their reportable quantities, the agencies requiring notification of reportable quantity spills must be notified. The reports must contain: 1. Name and Phone Number of the reporting person. 2. Name and address of the facility. , 3. The time of the incident. t. 4. Type of accidenVincident. 5.
