San Joaquin County Wednesday May 7,2014 <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Ave <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Elena, <br /> Attached are the corrective action plans as requested in the audit findings performed on 4/ <br /> 7/14. <br /> Minor Notice to Comply <br /> ■ 122 & 125 <br /> All waste manifests have all been moved to a central storage location in the facility. <br /> Management team has all been trained on this storage requirement and protocol. <br /> ■ 127 <br /> Batteries that were stored on site during the audit have been processed in accordance <br /> with the regulation. The manifest is currently filed in the central storage location. <br /> Spent lea acid batteries will be processed in accordance to the regulations. <br /> ■ 407 <br /> All drums were properly labeled per guidelines. <br /> Class 11 Violation <br /> ■ 135 <br /> The audit performed in 2010 "Return to Compliance" paperwork is attached as well <br /> as the corrective action summary. <br /> ■ 605 <br /> The containers of waste oil have been properly labeled and the contents disposed of <br /> properly. <br /> CECL Violations <br /> ■ 201 <br /> The contingency plan was updated on the new EHD website. File attached. <br /> ■ 215 <br /> Hazardous waste management training will completed no later than 5/23 for all key <br /> positions. It will address the key areas defined in the requirements.
