A technical review of your notification will <br /> be conducted when an inspection is performed. At any time, you may be <br /> inspected and will be subject to penalty if violations of laws or <br /> regulations are found. <br /> The Department acknowledges receipt of your completed Initial <br /> notification for the treatment unit(s) listed on the last page of this <br /> letter. These units are authorized by California law without additional <br /> Department action. Your authorization to operate continues until you <br /> notify DTSC that you have stopped treating waste and have fully closed <br /> the unit(s) . DTSC has revised its database records to reflect your <br /> status and has notified the Board of Equalization (BOE) .
