Spent cleaners and conditioners which are hazardous solely due to copper or copper compounds with less than 5000 PPm <br /> copper. The volume limit for conditional authorization is 1,000 gallons of this wastestream per facility in any calendar month. <br /> (These cleaners are limited to surfactants and detergents and do not contain microetch, etchant, plating or metal stripping <br /> solutions or solutions containing oxidizers, or any cleaner based on organic solvents).
