The hand held scanner stated to place the drain cleaner into <br /> an OX HW tote, however, the Products to Be Managed As Hazardous Waste guide, posted next to the HW <br /> stoarge area, states to place drain openers or cleaner in a CB HW tote. (IMG 6608-6612). Ensure that the <br /> resources(i.e. hand held scanning system, Products to Be Managed As Hazardous Waste guide, Dollar Tree <br /> Potentially Hazardous Matrerial Management poster, and Dollar Tree California Training Guide)which provide <br /> hazardous waste determinations and characteristics to employees are accurate and consistent. <br /> -The following items were found on a section of shelves labeled as"Pull and Holds" in the back storage area of <br /> the store.According to Adrienne these items were indicated by corporate not to be sold for reasons unknown to <br /> Adrienne. Corporate required the items be pulled from the store sales shelves and put aside until further notice. <br /> Adrienne stated she has not received further notification from corporate as to what she should do with these <br /> items(IMG 6637-47): <br /> a. A cardboard box containing USB cables.
