Waste <br /> PHOTO# 2 <br /> At the time of inspection, it could not be demonstrated (not necessarily documented)that employees who handle hazardous waste were properly trained, <br /> based on the following observations: <br /> The Hazardous Waste Accumulation Center Inspection documents, found in the hazardous waste storage area and dated 9/8 - 11/4/2019, indicated that <br /> the hazardous waste totes (containers/bins)were in good condition and not cracked; properly labeled and include the accumulation start date, physical <br /> state, hazardous properties, contents/composition, and store information (name&address); closed, except when it is necessary to add or remove the <br /> waste; and that the training manual and posters were visible (see photos IMG 9194-5).
