EXHIBIT C —SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS <br /> 1. Craig Thompson Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund. <br /> SMART & FINAL, LLC and CASH & CARRY STORES, LLC (Defendants) shall provide <br /> the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) payable to the Craig Thompson <br /> Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund ("CTEPP Fund") to be used for purposes <br /> consistent with the mission of the CTEPP Fund. <br /> 2. California Certified Unified Program Agency Forum Projects. <br /> DEFENDANTS shall provide the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) <br /> payable to the CUPA Forum Environmental Protection Trust Fund ("CUPA Trust Fund"), <br /> which is administered and to be used by the California Certified Unified Program <br /> Agency Forum, for purposes consistent with the mission of the CUPA Trust Fund. <br /> 3. California District Attorneys Association Environmental Project. * <br /> DEFENDANTS shall provide the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) <br /> payable to the California District Attorneys Association — Environmental Project <br /> ("Environmental Project") to be used by the Environmental Project for the purpose of <br /> providing training consistent with the objectives of the Environmental Project. <br /> 4. California Advanced Environmental Criminal Training Program (Cal-AECTP) <br /> with CHMIA. * <br /> DEFENDANTS shall provide the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) <br /> payable to the California Hazardous Materials Investigators Association ("CHMIA") to be <br /> used by CHMIA to fund full scholarships for attendance and participation in their Advanced <br /> Environmental Criminal Training Program.
