In the hazardous <br />waste storage area: <br />-One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil had the incorrect accumulation start date of 2/22/2019. <br />-One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br />hazardous property, physical state, contents, the name and address of the generator, and the words "Hazardous <br />Waste." <br />-One 3 gallon drain pain containing paper/metal oil filters was missing a hazardous waste label. <br />-One 15 gallon portable drain pan containing used oil was missing a hazardous waste label. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br />words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br />(contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
