Health <br />SAN JOAQOIN .............. .......... <br />C C U N I Y <br />Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Feciliry Address: <br />Oea: <br />Marcucci Ranch <br />783551n1and Dr, Stockton <br />August 21, 2019 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />ICLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />Item M <br />Remarks <br />605 <br />CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />Four 55 gallon steel drums, one 30 gallon poly drum and approximately five, 5 gallon plastic containers were <br />observed on site. Facility stated that all containers may contain used oil. None of the containers had any of the <br />required labeling. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />- the words 'Hazardous Waste' <br />- name and address of generator <br />- hazardous properties <br />- physical state <br />-composition (contents) <br />-accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br />Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br />hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />608 <br />CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br />Used oil filters were observed in a blue poly drum which appeared to have a 55 gallon capacity. The drum was not <br />labeled or marked with an accumulation start date and was not closed. Used oil filters shall be drained of <br />free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as 'drained used oil filters; and marked with an <br />accumulation start date. Immediately that all used oil filters are managed as required. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />This is an official inspection report issued on 082312019. This report supersedes any previous checklists. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, within 30 days of receipt of this report. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
