The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for Marcucci Ranch as of August23, 2019. Open violations from August 21, 2019 inspection Violation #101 -Managed a hazardous waste without an identification number. This facility does not have a valid ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an ID number. If you or your business generates more than 100 kg of RCRA hazardous waste andror more than one kg of acutely hazardous waste, then you need to obtain an EPA ID number. All others must obtain a State ID number. Go to the DTSC web site https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ for the form to apply for an ID number. REGULATION: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or In areas directly Involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the fire department unless the facllity has a direct alarm. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility. A 30 gallon poly container with no top was observed full of waste oil. The container was not was not closed and no waste was being removed or added. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste.
