The response is acceptable. <br /> AREAS of CONCERN <br /> 14 CCR 17616- Report of Disposal Site Information (RDSI) <br /> The storage of sludge and the use of sludge as a part of the <br /> foundation layer in final cover may require a revised SWFP. <br /> Stockpiling sludge in anticipation of future approval for its use <br /> as cover or as the foundation layer for final cover is not <br /> permitted. 14 CCR 18261.3 requires a description of final cover <br /> to be used in closure and refers to 14 CCR 17773 to define <br /> acceptable cover. Moreover, this closure/post closure <br /> maintenance plan must meet with approval from the LEA, t*he RWQCB, <br /> and the Waste Management Board. No such plan including the use <br /> of sludge for final cover has been approved to date. <br /> 14 CCR 17658- Site Security <br /> No comment. The response is acceptable. <br /> 14 CCR 17669- Lighting <br /> The response in acceptable. The LEA accompanying a State <br /> Inspector will determine the adequacy of the lighting system in <br /> the future. <br /> 14 CCR 17706- Dust Control <br /> No comment. The response is acceptable. <br /> 14 CCR 17708- Drainage and Erosion Control <br /> In the event of rain, a means of diverting drainage water moving <br /> from the active face towards and possibly into the Little John <br /> Creek must be provided. <br /> 14 CCR 17696- Operating Site Maintenance <br /> No comment.
