TH <br />PERMiT i SE2b'iCES <br />This letter is to confirm our conversation this date regarding <br />the City's request for extension of time on implementation of the <br />280 ton per day limit on waste at the Austin Road site. <br />It is my understanding that due to the City's concern regarding <br />the possible error in setting the tons per day versus yards per <br />day in the 1982 permit, there is a possible reconsideration to <br />allow tonnage nearer to that being collected currently.
