Hi John,
1. The mud was disposed of in the barrel with the used absorbant and paper and plastic filters.
2. I attatched a copy of the invoice.
3. Sorry about that, I assumed that if it was corrected on sight that was all we needed.
605- We marked the "Toxic" box when you were here. Pic. attatched
608- I labeled the barrel with a yellow sticker when you were here. Since
then I changed the sticker to a label that I made and we have the
proper stickers on order. Pic attatched.
I am having a hard time attatching the pics to this email. I am sending them seperatly sorry about that.
Have a great day, and thanks again.
Tamara Lemke@ J&E Truck Service
On Monday, April 1, 2019, 10:01:50 AM PDT, John Alaniz [EH] <jalaniz1@sjcehd.com> wrote:
Hi Tamara,
I reviewed the RTC and have a couple of questions.
1) Was the mud disposed of as hazardous waste?
2) I did not see the disposal record for the metal fines.
3) The labeling violation was not addressed (605/608) for both the hazardous waste containers and the oil
filter drums.
Thank You,
John Alaniz
From: John Alaniz [EH]
Sent: Monday, April 1, 2019 9:37 AM
To: 'Tamara Lemke' <tamara.lemke68@yahoo.com>
Subject: RE:

Hi Tamara,
