The owner or operator of a hazardous waste tank shall obtain a written assessment reviewed and <br />certified by an independent, qualified, professional engineer, registered in California attesting that the system has <br />sufficient structural integrity, is acceptable for the transferring, storing, and treating of hazardous waste, and that the <br />tanks and containment system are suitably designed. <br />Immediately have an assessment prepared for the 1100 gallon used oil tank and the approximately 220 gallon used <br />antifreeze tank. tank. Submit a schedule showing when this will be accomplished to the EHD. <br />This is a Repeat violation <br />This is a Class I violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on 5/29/2019. The report was amended by the EHD.
