All waste activated <br /> sludge was aerobically digested and decanted to reduce volume and stored until tanks are full. ' <br /> During the month Pond 2 was cleaned. This accounted for the majority of sludge removed from <br /> the facility. <br /> ExceptionsNiolations <br /> Minimum pond freeboard exceeded permit requirements on April 12, 21, 24, and 27 due to filter <br /> plugging. This was remedied by cleaning of filter media <br /> Calibration Log <br /> Shadow Lake does not use any analytical instruments that require calibration for the reporting of <br /> waste discharge requirements.
