All sludge removed is taken to the City of Stockton Regional <br /> Wastewater Control Facility. <br /> Exceptions/Violations <br /> 1. Minimum freeboard levelin Pond 2 was exceeded on January 12 due to cleaning of Pond 1. <br /> 2. High effluent BOD levels the past two months have been reduced to 8.95 mg/L for January. <br /> Calibration Log <br /> I <br /> Shadow Lake does not use any analytical instruments that require calibration for the reporting of waste <br /> discharge requirements.
