Hwy 99 . <br /> October 17, 2009 PERMIT/SERVICtg Stockton, CA 95212 <br /> I; <br /> Central Valley Regional <br /> i Water Quality Control Board <br /> 11020 Sun Center Drive#200 <br /> Rancho Cordova, CA 95670-6114 <br /> SHADOW LAKES WWTP MONTHLY REPORT FOR OCTOBER 2009 <br /> The attached report represents the monthly reporting data for the Shadow Lakes wastewater facility <br /> i <br /> Average daily flowfor the month indicated 103,216 gallons per day. However, high levels in Pond 1 <br /> during the month exaggerated the flow reading; for most of the readings. High levels were due grease <br /> build up in the collections system plugging lines. When these lines were cleaned,high flows were <br /> experienced:-Flows have since returned mac,-normal. <br /> During the month 35,000 gallons of sludge was removed from the phnt. All waste sludge was aerobically <br /> digested and decanted to reduce volume. All sludge removed is taken to the City of Stockton Regional <br /> Wastewater Control Facility. <br /> Exceptions/Violations <br /> 1. Minimum freeboard levelin the ponds was exceeded on September 24 due to cleaning of Pond 2. <br /> F <br /> Calibration Log <br /> Shadow Lake does not use any analytical instruments that require calibration for the reporting of waste <br /> discharge requirements. All analysis is performed by a certified laboratory. <br /> r <br /> "1 cert under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted in <br /> f this document and all attachments and that, based on my inquiry of the those individuals immediately responsible <br /> for obtaining the information, I believe that the information is true, accurate, and complete.
