Average daily flow for the month indicated 46,807 gallons per day. <br /> During the month 20,000 gallons of sludge was removed from the plant. All waste sludge was <br /> aerobically digested and decanted to reduce volume. All sludge removed is taken to the City of <br /> i Stockton Regional Wastewater Control Facility. <br /> I <br /> Exceptions <br /> f <br /> 1.
