All waste sludge was <br /> aerobically digested and decanted to reduce volume. All sludge removed is taken to the City of <br /> Stockton Regional Wastewater Control Facility. <br /> The August monthly report has been included with updated effluent data that wasn't available in <br /> time for the August report deadline <br /> i Exceptions <br /> 1.
