All waste sludge was <br /> aerobically digested and decanted to reduce volume. All sludge removed is taken to the City of <br /> Stockton Regional Wastewater Control Facility. <br /> Exceptions <br /> 1. The lab results for the effluent constituents were not reported to us by the submission date of <br /> this report.
