The bulk of this <br /> material was from cleaning pond#1 and the filters. All waste sludge was aerobically digested <br /> and decanted to reduce volume. All sludge removed is taken to the City of Stockton Regional <br /> Wastewater Control Facility. <br /> Exceptions <br /> 1.
