All waste sludge was <br /> aerobically digested and decanted to reduce volume. All sludge removed is taken to the City of <br /> Stockton Regional Wastewater Control Facility. <br /> Exceptions <br /> 1. All effluent permit limitations were met for the month. <br /> I <br /> 2. Pond freeboard readings were not recorded for March 14 and 28, however, at no time were <br /> freeboard levels allowed to be less than 2 feet. <br /> 3. Pond 1 was cleaned during the period March 14 through 20.
