Average annual daily flow for the year indicated 33,627 gallons per day, total flow for the year was 12, 273,760 gallons. , During the year 148,500 gallons of sludge was removed from the plant. All waste sludge was aerobically digested and decanted to reduce volume. All sludge removed is taken to the City of Stockton Regional Wastewater Control Facility. All waste sludge hauling was performed by Richards Pumping of Stockton. r The annual groundwater report will be submitted under a separate cover. Discussion Influent Monitoring All influent monitoring data was completed and reported on monthly reports. Average monthly BOD was 336 mg/L. Average monthly TSS was 249 mg/L. Effluent Monitoring i All effluent monitoring was completed and,reported- _ - - - _ BOD Biochemical Oxygen Demand{BOD}averaged 23.5 mg/L over the year. There were two monthly values that exceeded discharge limitations. These occurred in February and May. These were likely caused by excessive solids accumulation in the ponds. This has been corrected by more frequent cleaning of the ponds and tighter control of the activated sludge process. TSS Total Suspended Solis is not a required monitoring parameter,however we use it for a quality control check on effluent quality. TSS averaged 13.7 mg/L for the year with no single value I over 35 mg/L. This represents secondary effluent quality for the year. ; SS Settleable Solids averaged <0.1 ml/L for the year. One value that exceeded the effluent limit in February was 7.4 ml/L, a { TDS Total Dissolved Solids averaged 263 mg/L for the year. E
