All waste activated <br /> sludge was aerobically digested and decanted to reduce volume and stored until tanks are full. <br /> ExceptionsNiolations <br /> Freeboard in Pond #1 was less than 2 feet for 12 days due to plugging of tertiary filters. Filter <br /> plugging was due do sludge blanket in clarifier rising and causing excessive TSS in Pond #l. <br /> This was controlled using polymer and increasing sludge age. <br /> Calibration Log <br /> I <br /> Shadow Lake does not use any analytical instruments that require calibration for the reporting of <br /> waste discharge requirements.
