In <br /> addition, the work plan shall include an update of the standard observations of the surface <br /> impoundments, field data sheets reporting volumes of liquid recorded since December 2010, <br /> and LCRS sump pump run times. <br /> The work plan should provide a statement of qualifications of the registered professional that <br /> prepared the work plan and will oversee the testing. As discussed during the call, the <br /> registered professional must meet the intent of the State of California, Business and <br /> Professions Code, Section 6700 (Professional Engineers Act) and/or Section 7800 (Geologist <br /> and Geophysicist Act).
