Main St., <br /> Stockton, CA. 95202-2708 <br /> RE: 4th Quarter 2010 Septic Tank Monitoring <br /> Commercial Septic Permit #SR0033926 <br /> Dear Mr. Tasiopoulos, <br /> Enclosed please find the most recent analytical results for sampling of Musco Family <br /> Olive Company's commercial septic system. <br /> Analytical Results <br /> The TDS ranged from 1,150- 1,620 ppm in the 4th quarter of 2010. TSS ranged 29 - <br /> 101 ppm. The BOD ranged from 90.3— 188 ppm. Sodium levels remained moderate at <br /> 339 - 475 ppm. Nitrate nitrogen was below the detection limit in all three sample <br /> locations with results of<0.1 ppm. Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen ranged from 67 - 152 ppm. <br /> Total Organic Carbon (TOC) also maintained moderate levels of 22.5 — 54.3 ppm. <br /> Please note that the monitoring requirements request that carbonaceous biological <br /> oxygen demand (C.B.O.D.) be one of the analytical parameters but with approval of <br /> EHD, we have substituted total organic carbon (T.O.C.) for C.B.O.D.
