Walnut Grove Road <br /> Walnut Grove, CA 95690 �I <br /> i <br /> RE: Riverside Mobile Home Park Wastewater Treatment Plant } <br /> Bi-annual Inspection conducted February 8, 2011 ' <br /> Permit I.D.: PT0003150 <br /> Record I.D.: PR0420082 <br /> An inspection was conducted at the above referenced facility: The'facility has been <br /> permitted with the San Joaquin County's Environmental Health Department from <br /> February 5, 1982 to present day. The Environmental Health Department (EHD) does <br /> not have specifications on file for the plant. The facility processes approximately <br /> fourteen thousand (14,000) gallons per day and currently meets minimum requirements <br /> per San Joaquin County's Onsite Wastewater Disposal Standards. The following was <br /> observed and noted upon inspection this date: <br /> 1) A perimeter fence encloses the plant and can only be accessed through a gate <br /> which was unlocked and unsecured upon inspection this date. Ensure that the <br /> gate remains locked when routine maintenance is not being performed. Correct <br /> immediately. <br /> 2)_ Upon inspection within the plant there were several locations of weed growth and <br /> a decaying dead pigeon was discovered at the cement vaulted tanks. Remove <br /> the dead bird and abate weed growth on a consistent basis. <br /> 3) At the skimmers duck weed was observed. The duck weed can cause problems. .„ <br /> _ in the system by clogging or delaying the effluent to be processed.:Skim the Fduck. <br /> t week off periodically to prevent problems with the system. ; <br /> 4) At the ABS Inlet and outlet pipe locations there were small seepage leaks that - } <br /> were observed. See pictures enclosed. Repair the pipes by next bi-annual <br /> inspection. It appears that some areas of the system are in need of <br /> repair/replacement.
