Walnut Grove Road
Walnut Grove, CA 95690
RE: Riverside Mobile Home Park Wastewater Treatment Plant
Bi-annual Inspection conducted February 19, 2009
Permiit I.D.: PT0003150
Record I.D.: PR0420082
The first bi-annual inspection was conducted today at the above referenced facility.
The facility has been permitted with the San Joaquin County's Environmental Health
Department from February 5, 1982 to present day. The Environmental Health
Department (EHD) does not have specifications on file for the plant. The facility
processes approximately fourteen thousand (14,000) gallons per day and meets
minimum requirements per San Joaquin County's Onsite Wastewater Disposal
Standards. The following was observed and noted upon inspection this date:
1) A perimeter fence encloses the plant and can only be accessed through a gate
which was locked and secured upon inspection this date.
2) No odors were present at immediate perimeter area(s), and areas surrounding
the plant within a fifty (50) foot radius.
3) No evidence of vectors was observed,
4) The surrounding areas of the plant appear to be well maintained. The sewage
disposal field runs east of the plant.
5) Some weeds were observed at the north inlet tank above the steel plates.
Remove the weeds on a continuous basis. See picture enclosed. .
6) There appears to be a small leak at the ABS outlet junction just below the
ninety degree ABS pipe section. Fill with expanding foam and or a sealant to
prevent leakage. Future repair and replacement of the plant's distribution system
may need to be evaluated at a later date. Repair within thirty days. See picture
enclosed.
1
