<br /> DEFINITIONS
<br /> 1. The term "DOCUMM" means any writing as defined in
<br /> Evidence Code Section 250, including- but not limited to any
<br /> iwritten, typewritten, printed, recorded or photographic. materials
<br /> whatsoever, however produced or reproduced, including, without
<br /> limitation, notes, diaries, journals, calendars, memoranda,
<br /> messages, letters, correspondence, interoffice communications,
<br /> telegrams, proposals, 'agreements, contracts, minutes; papers,
<br /> -books, statements, summaries, writings, reports, presentations,
<br /> graphs, charts, records, assignments, work sheets, sketches,
<br /> drawings, diagrams, photographs, negatives, slides, videotapes,
<br /> films, photostats, posters, maps, plat maps, tentative maps,
<br /> final maps, specific plans, topographical maps, specifications,
<br /> plans, estimates, studies, computer printouts, checks, receipts,
<br /> invoices, 'bills, vouchers, accounts, ledgers, experise reports,
<br /> time charts, tapes, transcripts, and recordings. If the
<br /> DOCUMENTS have been prepared and several• copies. or additional
<br /> copies have been made that are not identical (or are no longer
<br /> identical, by reason of• subseguent addition or notation or other
<br /> modification of the copy) , each non-identical copy is a separate f
<br /> "DOCU'MENT. "
<br /> 2. The "PARK" collectively means the mobilehome park
<br /> presently known as ISLANDER MOBILEHOME PARK located at 20801
<br /> South Woodward, Manteca, CA 95377 (regardless of ownership) .
<br /> DOCUMS�,,+1TS REOIIESTED
<br /> Any and all DOCUMUTS regarding work or inspections performed or
<br /> proposals thereof for owners of the. PARK or for residents from
<br /> August 28, 2009 to present including but -.not limited to: those
<br /> records pertaining to the utility'syetems, gas, electric, sewer
<br /> i and water systems, soils, all plans, reports, staff reports,
<br /> permits, requests/applications for permits', repair, replacement,
<br /> rehabilitation plans, maps, diagrams or drawings for the •PARK
<br /> utilit'.ea, orders, roads, drainage, .and associated cost estimates
<br /> for the above. Any correspondence, written or received, between
<br /> the Environmental Health Department and/or its employees and the
<br /> PARK owner; PARK management and/or any agents or vendors working
<br /> on behalf of the PARK owner and/or management and/or any other
<br /> government agency; all complaints made 'about the PARR; all
<br /> inspection reports relating to the BARK; citations and notices
<br /> issued to the owner, management or residents of the PARR;
<br /> Administrative Code violations in the PARK; .and each and every
<br /> other writing which refers or relates to the PARK.
