Box 690339 <br /> Stockton, CA 95269-0339 <br /> NOTICE OF ADOPTION <br /> OF <br /> AMENDING WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER R5-2006-0114-001 <br /> FOR <br /> OAKWOOD LAKE WATER DISTRICT <br /> OAKWOOD LAKE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Order R5-2016-0068 was adopted by the Central Valley Regional Water Board on 19 August 2016 <br /> for the Oakwood Lake Wastewater Treatment Facility. The Order amends Waste Discharge <br /> Requirements (WDRs) Order R5-2006-0114-001. <br /> Although the WDRs allow wastewater discharge to land, the discharge is a privilege not a right <br /> and may be revoked at any time. A copy of the Order must be maintained at the facility and <br /> must be accessible to anyone operating the wastewater system. Please note your Monitoring <br /> and Reporting Program (MRP) remains unchanged. The required monitoring report submittal <br /> dates are shown in the table below. <br /> Required Monitoring Report Due Date <br /> Monthly Monitoring Reports 1Et day of second month following the sampling period <br /> (the February Report is due by 1 April) <br /> Quarterly Monitoring Reports 151 day of second month after the semiannual period <br /> (the first quarterly report is due by 1 May) <br /> Annual Monitoring Reports 1 February of each year <br /> As a reminder, the monitoring reports must be submitted on time and complete. Monitoring <br /> reports must include all of the items described in the Reporting Section of the MRP.
