A document was provided that <br />can be used for this purpose. Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />that the correction is complete. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 105 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No emergency coordinator. <br />OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not posted <br />at the facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that <br />arise.
