After our meeting
I inquired about this specific site I found that maintenance is done by our internal group. The forklift is non-operational,
maintenance would only be for the loader.

Regards,

Andy

From: Baker, Lydia [mailto:lbaker@sjgov.org]
Sent: Tuesday, May 21, 2019 1:58 PM
To: Burgin, Andy C (Fresno) USA <andy.burgin@lehighhanson.com>
Cc: Marshall, Terry A (Fresno) USA <Terry.Marshall@lehighhanson.com>
Subject: RE: Full Inspection Reports

Thanks Andy,

One more question. Just to make sure I have a clear picture of what is happening at the site. During the inspection I
believe you said that an outside mobile maintenance company does the service and takes the waste with them but the
below email suggests that Calaveras Materials is doing the maintenance and taking it to a consolidation site. Is the
equipment (bulldozer and forklift) serviced by Calaveras Materials or an outside company?

Lydia

From: Burgin, Andy C (Fresno) USA <andy.burgin@lehighhanson.com>
Sent: Tuesday, May 21, 2019 1:32 PM
To: Baker, Lydia <lbaker@sjgov.org>
Cc: Marshall, Terry A (Fresno) USA <Terry.Marshall@lehighhanson.com>
Subject: RE: Full Inspection Reports

Good Afternoon Lydia,

Thank you for the check in. If it would help your discussion with your supervisor tomorrow, I’ve included the following
information below, our site in Tracy is not manned daily, the single person is commonly pulled to our other facilities as
needed.

Service trucks are able to collect non-RCRA hazardous waste from remote sites and transport that waste to
consolidation sites under CA HSC 25110.10. They are allowed to collect and transport up to 55 gallons of used oil per CA
HSC 25250.11. Drained used oil filters are managed as scrap metal per CA CCR 66266.130. They are also allowed to ship
