1
Floating petroleum product was not observed on the
groundwater in any of the wells. Laboratory analysis
of water samples collected from monitoring wells MW-4
and MW-5 detected some dissolved hydrocarbons in the
groundwater. TPHG and BTEX constituents were not
detected in the water sample collected from well MW-6.
1 6 . 0 STUDY LIMITATIONS
' TPE's investigation for the E-Z Serve facility at 1012 W.
Yosemite Ave. , Manteca, California is based on a surface
reconnaissance, review of pertinent references, subsurface
exploration, laboratory analyses of soil and groundwater samples,
and subsurface geologic correlations and analyses. The chemical
analytical results for the samples are considered applicable to
that borehole from which they were collected. The soils
' encountered in the borings are believed to be representative of
the site; however, the sods may vary in character between
observation points. The conclusions contained herein are based
' on the field, analytical data, and professional judgement which
is in accordance with current standards of professional practice.
No other warranty is expressed or implied. The findings and
conclusions of this report are valid as of the present time;
however, the passing of time could change the conditions of the
subsurface due to natural processes or the influence of man.
Accordingly, the findings of this report may be invalidated,
wholly or partly, by changes beyond our control . Therefore, this i
report should not be relied upon after an extended period of time C
without being reviewed by a Civil Engineer or Registered
' Geologist.
,
8
I li I r1 r I (I I r 1 I I
rl I
