Brown and Caldwell's work plan and the County's letter approving the work plan <br /> are attached. The work conducted by Brown and Caldwell followed the terms and conditions <br /> of the July 12, 1994, Master Service Agreement between Brown and Caldwell and E-Z <br /> ' Serve <br /> The purpose of these pilot tests was to determine if soil vapor extraction is an applicable <br /> ' alternatives for remediating total petroleum hydrocarbon-affected soil and groundwater in the <br /> vicinity of the Site.
