SECTION 4 <br /> PERSONNEL PROTECTION PLAN <br /> The mayor elements of the personnel protective plan are presented in this section. <br /> However, as iterated throughout the plan, there are key site and condition specific details <br /> that must be added to the plan to make it complete. The plan will not be approved without N <br /> proper and relevant documentation of the supplemental personnel protective requirements <br /> attached. <br /> 4.1 ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS <br /> 4.1.1 Personnel Training and Medical Requirements <br /> Consistent with SEA COR standard operating practices and Federal regulation, all SEACOR <br /> site personnel and SEACOR subcontractors must meet specified training and medical <br /> requirements. All SEACOR personnel must be authorized for field work through current <br /> training certification and annual medical examination. Sub-contractors must provide <br /> documentation of current training and medical authorization for each individual on site. <br /> Health and safety training certificates and medical authorization documentation shall be <br /> attached to Section 7 of this HASP. In addition, subcontractors must provide written <br /> documentation of their corporate training program, their medical surveillance program, and <br /> their ability to provide personal protective equipment for their personnel as specified by_ <br /> the SEACOR Master Services Agreement (MSA). Personal protective equipment will not <br /> be-provided-for-non-SEACOR_personnel.— �� ----� _ -- -- <br /> -An individual-maintaining current supervisor status will be required-to-perform as the Site <br /> Health and Safety Officer (SHSO) for each project under which this plan is implemented <br /> The SHSO will have supervisory status equivalent to or greater than the level of protection <br /> in which site activities are conducted. This individual will be responsible for the <br /> implementation of the principles and protocols established in this plan <br /> Each individual participating in site activities will be required to read and understand the <br /> content of this plan. Acknowledgement of that understanding will be demonstrated by <br /> signing the last page of this document. <br /> 4.1.2 Standard Safety Procedures <br /> Provided at the end of this Section is the list of SE4COR Standard Safety Procedures for <br /> selected physical hazards that may be present during the described tasks The SHSO for <br /> the site will identify from this list the practices that are applicable to the site and are <br /> attached to this plan in Attachment 1.
