Figure 4-1 provides a graphic illustration of these action levels, the necessary exposure monitoring practice, and the required personal protective equipment. Level D - Organic vapor concentrations in the Breathing Zone no greater than fifty (50) units above measured background as detected with direct reading instrumentation sensitive to aromatic hydrocarbon compounds (eg. OVA, HNU, OVM).
