A clean,6-inch-long,2-inch-diameter,clean brass tube will be driven into <br /> the soil using a percussion sampler. The brass tube will be removed and the ends covered <br /> with aluminum foil and plastic end caps and taped. The tube will be labeled and <br /> ® immediately placed on ice for transport to the laboratory. Chain of Custody Reco!ds will <br /> be maintained throughout delivery to the laboratory. <br /> Soil samples will also be collected from the stockpiled soil to evaluate treatment and <br /> disposal options. Four soil samples will be collected for every 50 cubic yards of stockpiled <br /> soil. Each group of four samples will be composited into one sample by the laboratory.
