I <br /> BLAINE TECH SERVICES, INC SAN JOSE SACRAMENTO LOS ANGELES SAN DIEGO <br /> CONTAINMENT <br />' All non-hazardous purgewater evacuated from each groundwater monitoring well is captured <br /> and contained in on-board effluent storage tanks on the BLAINE Sampling Vehicle and/or <br /> BLAINE water hauling trailers Rlnsate water from the decontamination of reusable apparatus <br />' (sounders, electric pumps and hoses etc ) Is also captured and pumped into the on-board <br /> effluent storage tanks Waters from ARCO Heritage sites are commingled with waters from BP <br /> Heritage sites <br />' TRANSPORT <br /> All purge and rinsate water is transported by way of a BLAINE Sampling Vehicle to a BLAINE <br />' facility before being transported to a BP/ARCO approved disposal facility via a BP/ARCO <br /> contracted hauler Water transported by BLAINE is documented on site-specific a BP GEM Oil <br /> Company Type A Bill of Lading <br /> 13 COLLECTION OF OXIDATION REDUCTION POTENTIAL (ORP) MEASUREMENTS <br />' ORP readings, if requested, are obtained with a Myron-L Ultrameter 6P Freshly obtained <br /> monitoring well water is placed in the probe cup of and the measurement recorded once the <br /> meter stabilizes <br /> 14. ANALYTICAL QA/QC <br /> lie Trip Blanks, Field Blanks, Equipment Rlnsate Blanks and/or Sample Duplicates are not routinely <br /> collected <br />' 15. SPH REMOVAL <br />' If instructed, SPH measured at 0 02 feet or greater may be balled by hand using a disposable <br /> bailer SPH is balled until the layer is no longer measurable or for approximately 20 minutes, <br /> whichever occurs first All water and SPH balled is left on site In a 55-gallon steel drum Care <br />' Is taken to avoid spilling SPH or SPH laden water An estimate of SPH and SPH laden water <br /> removed is noted on the Well Gauging Data sheet The quantity of SPH drums on site and the <br /> disposition of their contents is recorded on the SPH or Purge Water Drum Log <br />' All SPH and SPH laden water Is transported to a BP/ARCO approved disposal facility via a <br /> BP/ARCO contracted hauler <br />' 16.
