Site Characterization Work Plan <br /> ABF Freight System,Inc <br /> Manteca California Pae 8 <br /> i5.7 Water Level Measurements and Well Sampling 0 <br /> Water level measurements will be collected from each well prior to wellZelopment and <br /> sampling In addition, at least one round of water levels will be collecteer level <br /> measurements will be collected using an electronic water level sounding device <br /> The top of casing of each well will be surveyed relative to a temporary benchmark, or a <br /> permanent USGS benchmark, if readily available The top of casing elevations will be used in <br /> conjunction with water level measurement data for developing groundwater elevation contour <br /> maps At a minimum, two groundwater elevation contour maps will be developed <br /> 5.8 Grouting and Waste Materials <br /> All monitoring wells installed during the proposed investigation will be sealed according to <br /> PHS/EHD requirements All soil generated during the drilling, decontamination water, and <br /> groundwater generated during the monitoring well development and sampling will be stored in <br /> 55 gallon drums and disposed of in accordance with alregulatory guidelines <br /> 5.9 Report Preparation <br /> Upon completion of the field investigation, CAL INC will prepare a Site Assessment report <br /> outlining the findings of the investigation described above The report will be consistent with <br /> S, PHS/EHD guidelines and include a description of the held activities, figures showing sampling <br /> locations, soil boring logs, a summary of the analytical data, water level data, and groundwater <br /> elevation contour maps <br /> \1SERVER11C-DRIVEIPROJECTS\3272WEans and ReportsA$F Final Site Characterization Work Plan doe <br /> G/23/98 <br />
