The containers <br /> were: <br /> -Four 5-gallon buckets with used oil observed with no hazardous waste labels. <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with waste antifreeze observed with no hazardous waste label. Inspector provided hazardous <br /> waste label to operator. Operator filled out generator name and address, accumulation start date, physical state, <br /> hazardous properties and contents. <br /> -Two 55-gallon drums with waste oil observed with no hazardous waste label. Inspector provided hazardous waste <br /> label to operator. Operator filled out generator name and address, accumulation start date, physical state, <br /> hazardous properties and contents. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on 8-6-2020 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> Document provided: Inspection checklist, hazardous waste label, hazardous waste label minimum requirements <br /> sheet. <br /> Waste streams observed: waste oil, waste antifreeze, waste paint, waste aerosols, soiled rags <br /> The following minor violations were corrected on site: <br /> OBSERVATION: The following were observed adjacent to used oil tank area: <br /> -Approximately nine empty 55-gallon containers observed lacking empty date.
