Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) Open, pump, and backfill the abandoned septic tank (Permit SR0004680) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 2) The out-of-service-wells (Permits SR0032089, SR0032990, & SR0020421) shall either be <br /> put back into use or destroyed per San Joaquin County Well Standards section 5.1 and 5.2. <br /> 3) Applicant shall contact Robert McClellon, Program Coordinator, Small Public Water System <br /> Program, at (209) 468-0332, to determine if a permit amendment application is required for <br /> the existing small public water system prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> 4) Applicant shall contact the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements for the proposed distilled spirits operation. Written approval <br /> shall be presented to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building <br /> permit (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1125.5). <br /> a) Prohibited discharges into the existing onsite wastewater treatment system include: <br /> automobile and garage waste, storm drainage, solvents and toxics, solids, garbage, <br /> kitchen wastewater from restaurant or bar, air conditioners, hazardous wastes, backwash, <br /> truck terminal wastes, recreational vehicle holding tank waste, industrial and <br /> manufacturing waste, and food processing wastes (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.7 and San Joaquin County OWTS Standards). <br /> 5) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 6) Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator must <br /> report the use or storage of these hazardous materials to the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS) at cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and comply with the laws and regulations <br /> for the programs listed below (based on quantity of hazardous material in some cases).
