Woodbridge Rd., Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Obtain discharge requirements fi-om the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> 2. Submission of three (3) sets food facility construction plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval prior to the beginning construction. (California <br /> Health & Safety Code 27550) <br /> 3. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> (GOND/EHD) <br /> 4. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for approval. The plans must be designed by a Registered <br /> Engineer (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br />
