A lamp break occurred on 3/20. The incident report is
attached. The emergency bypass system routed all water outside to the baker tanks where it remains.

We have extended the rental period 6 months for the pump, baker tank, etc. which comprise the emergency bypass
system. This system is still in place, and functioned as expected during the most recent lamp breaks. Discussions about
permitting for on-site water disposal, permanent mitigation design and root cause are ongoing.

Thanks,

Evan Jensen

Evan Jensen, Hydrologist
Water Supply and Treatment Division - Water Enterprise
San Francisco Public Utilities Commission
1000 El Camino Real
Millbrae, CA 94030
Office: (650) 871-1010
Mobile: (520) 304-4814
ejensen@sfwater.org
