SA NUJ OAHU I N Environmental Health Department
L■ COUNTY
p Greorness grows Frere, Time In: 2:18 pm
YF DR
Time Out: 3:00 om
Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
Name of Facility: GK MONGOLIAN BBQ Date: 08/31/2020
Address: 7910 WEST LN, STOCKTON 95207
Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)395-3717
Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052501
DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint:
FACILITY HAS RATS RUNING AROUND THE DINING AREA. COMPLAINANTS SISTER STEPPED ON ONE DURING
VISIT ON 08-21-20.
VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health
and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of
the food facility.
OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS
FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS
No Temperature Data Collected
NOTES
Upon arrival, I was able to speak with an associate on site who stated hearing of the situation but did not work the day it
occurred in order to verify if they incident actually occurred or not. I then asked the staff working in the kitchen in which they
stated having no knowledge of the incident occurring. I then inspected the facility and underneath the preparation coolers of
the dining room, I observed rodent droppings and some items ripped into pieces. It was unclear if the pieces were ripped off
by a rodent or general debris that may have fallen, however the rodent droppings were also hard to distinguished. Due to the
location of the droppings, it was difficult to distinguish if the droppings were fresh or old. I advised the manager to clean the
area and sanitize completely. The facility did not contain any other rodent droppings however the manager could not display a
pest control log to justify if the facility is maintained monthly as they previously stated. The manager didstate that the pest
control company that provides the services is Al exterminators.
Advised the manager to keep a log or invoices of the pest control company and to sanitize preparation coolers in the dining
room throughly.
Official inspection report emailed.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title:
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)468-0337
FA0025058 C00052501 SCO04 08/31/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.8/11/2020 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
