Permits shall be renewed if the permit <br /> holder has, during the preceding year, operated in con- <br /> formance with the provisions of this division and the <br /> rules and regulations of the Health District, and if it is _ <br /> evidenced to the Health District that the applicant is <br /> capable of continuing operations in conformance with the <br /> provisions of this division and with the rules and regula- <br /> tions of the Health District. (Ord. 877; 2887) <br /> 5-2606 BOND. <br /> The Health District may require, in connection with <br /> any disposal area permit issued to a person other than a <br /> public agency, that the applicant file with the Board of <br /> Trustees of the Health District before a permit is.issued <br /> a surety bond in an amount fixed by the Board of Trust- <br /> ees of the Health District,conditioned to guarantee faith- <br /> ful compliance with this division and with the rules and <br /> regulations of the Health District.
