I have also attached a copy of the local Ordinances <br /> concerning refuse collection and recycling. Please note, an application for a Commercial and Industrial <br /> Solid Waste Collection License shall be accompanied by: <br /> a) A cashier's check or an irrevocable letter of credit as a deposit payable to the <br /> San Joaquin Solid Waste Enterprise Fund in the amount of twenty thousand <br /> dollars (20, 000.00);and, <br /> b) An audited financial statement of the person or business for whom the license is sought. <br /> All applications submitted are reviewed by the Department of Public Works and the Environmental Health <br /> Department for recommendation to the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors for consideration. <br /> An application may be filed,,Kith the Director of Public Works at the following address: <br /> Thomas R.
