I COLLECTION activities in the County'of San Joaquin and elsewhere in the State of California. <br /> 2 3. Defendants, in the course of defendants' REFUSE COLLECTION activities, are <br /> 3 pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17204 hereby permanently enjoined from: <br /> 4 area without permit. <br /> 5 a. Violation of San Joaquin County Ordinance Code §5-2202(b), collecting or <br /> 6 transporting commercial or industrial solid waste without a current valid County business license and <br /> 7 a valid Commercial/Industrial Waste Collection License; <br /> 8 b. Violation of Title 14, California Code of Regulations §17332, failed to <br /> 9 comply with local government licenses,permits, or written approvals; <br /> 10 C. Violation of Title 14, California Code of Regulations §17333, failed to <br /> 11 demonstrate adequate financial resources and experience to properly conduct the operation <br /> 12 authorized. <br /> 13 4. Defendant shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 14 ($4,000.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code §17200 et seq.. <br /> 15 Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and <br /> 16 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney,Environmental Prosecutions <br /> 17 Unit. <br /> 18 5. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND SIX <br /> 19 HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($1,674.00) as partial recovery of the cost of <br /> 20 investigation and suit incurred by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> 21 DEPARTMENT. Said payment shall be due and payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be <br /> 22 delivered to the San Joaquin.County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br /> 23 Unit. <br /> 24 6. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND FOUR <br /> 25 HUNDRED NINETY-THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($1,493.50) as partial recovery of <br /> 26 the cost of investigation and suit incurred by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF THE <br /> 27 DISTRICT ATTORNEY. Said payment shall be due and payable to the aforementioned agency, and <br /> 28 2. <br />
