The site shall be designed to discourage unauthorized access by persons and vehicles by using a perimeter <br /> barrier or topographic constraints. 27 CCR§ 20530 <br /> b. Repair the holes in the fencing. <br /> 21800 Manteca Road, Manteca, CA. Owner Dennis & Helen De Kidos: <br /> 1. Vegetation levels are high in the southeastern portion of the lot. Maintain vegetation at a minimum to reduce fire risk <br /> and to allow the LEA to inspect the cover. <br /> 2. A hole cut in the northern perimeter fencing was used to make an electrical connection from onsite power to a trailer <br /> on 21800 S. Manteca Road. The owner met the LEA onsite and disconnected the illegal electrical connection. The <br /> owner also disconnected electrical connections on his property to a recreational vehicle and to make-shift lighting. <br /> 3. What appears to be crumb rubber remains on the ground along with piles of artificial turf. <br /> 4. Several commercial, passenger, and recreational vehicles remain onsite. <br /> 21800 Manteca Road, Manteca, CA. Owner Dennis & Helen De Kidos: <br /> 1. Site is not accessible due to locked perimeter gate and fencing. <br /> 2. Vegetation remain low in most areas except around inoperable vehicles. <br /> 3.
