The boundaries of the old dumpsite were previously marked with green t- post markers . The <br /> t- posts were not visible during the quarterly inspection , which makes it difficult to distinguish <br /> the perimeters of the old dumpsite . <br /> 2 . There were no issues with site security . <br /> 3 . Glass observed between the berms and the stockpiled material . Cover glass with clean soil . <br /> 4 .
