Undine Road, Stockton APN: 191-070-17 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area designated as Zone A. The 100-Year Flood Elevation is approximately 9.4- <br /> feet NAVD 1988. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of the building permit. <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 3.
